Terms And Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by Glamourzinn Studio. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
- Bookings and Deposits: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required with a signed contract to secure your event date.
- Payment: The final balance is due in cash on or before the event day. The client is responsible for any unpaid balances from their party.
- Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days of the event require payment of the full remaining balance. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
- Late Fees: A late fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply if the client is late.
- Client Preparation: Clients must follow all hair and face preparation guidelines provided. Failure to do so may compromise the results, for which Glamourzinn is not liable.
- Studio Access: Only clients with appointments are allowed in the studio. No additional guests, males, or children are permitted.
- Photography and Social Media: Glamourzinn takes before and after photos for our records. By signing the contract, you grant us permission to use these images on our website and social media. If you do not consent to public use, you must indicate this in writing. Once posted, images cannot be removed.
- Liability: All products are sanitized and hypoallergenic. Clients must disclose any allergies in advance. Glamourzinn is not liable for any allergic reactions. We are also not responsible for lost belongings or uncontrollable events.
- Service Limitations: Party makeup is limited to soft glam looks. Requests for bridal-style makeup for a party booking will be refused or subject to additional charges.
